Whichever program you apply for, there are a few characteristics we’ll be looking for – whether first-year or graduate. We’ll check for them through the selection process and interviews.

  • Be prepared to talk about yourself in detail
  • Think about parallels between your experience and the role
  • Prepare concrete examples of your experience
  • Dress smartly and professionally
  • Think about eye contact
  • Take time to consider the question if you need to
  • Show interest and ask intelligent questions

What’s it like to interview here?

This might be your first big interview, or you might already have a few under your belt. Either way, it can seem daunting. But the message from our trainees? Relax and enjoy the day, because even if you think things are going wrong, your interviewers are on your side, wanting you to do well.
